WOOHOO!!! It’s RELEASE DAY!

The long-awaitedΒ King’s Dark Tidings Book 5, “Dragons and Demons” released today! The hardcover comes out next week,

but while you’re waiting, you can pick up the e-book for only $4.99 or for FREE with KindleUnlimited. Even more exciting, the phenomenal Nick Podehl reprises his role as EVERYONE in this new installment, so don’t hesitate to download your audiobook copy.

And

For those of you who have been so patiently waiting, the first four books are now available for purchase in hardcover on Amazon. So whether you prefer to read in print or just want them for your collection, you can now have KDT on your bookshelf with beautiful cover art from the talented Chris McGrath. I’ve been getting a lot of requests for signed copies. The answer is YES, I will be making that happen. That’s in the works, but I’m not yet sure when they’ll be available.

By the way, I had a great time at Dragon Con 2022 this year and especially seeing all the creative and amazing cosplay. I would love to see some KDT or SOP cosplay some day. (Hint, hint–anyone want to be an ugly, ornery, and thoroughly mysterious horse?) Maybe next year πŸ˜†. Thank you all so much for your support and for continuing this journey with Rezkin and his friends. If you happen to have a few minutes after a read, please consider leaving an Amazon review. Believe it or not, they make a difference and are much appreciated. πŸ₯°

    A couple of things.
Will this person come up in the story again, or is their time over? (yes/no will suffice)
    1. “Striker Hendina – Striker investigating the disappearance of Prince Thresson”: book 1
    2. “Swordbearer – saved Wessen from a theif”: book 4.5
    3. “Weary Rider – Oath-bound that brought Rezkin to the Mysterious Northern Fortress”: book 1; and was it a striker or just a veteran soldier. Important job for a nobody.
    4. “Old Sailor – Promised Rez he will get no complaints from riverboat passengers”: Can we at some point have a scene where either Rez or an Assassin inqiour if people are satisfied with their riverboat trade service, and freak the old sailor out again.
    5. “Rhesh Carinen – Second son of Lord Gresh Carinen; firemage” book 3
    6. “Alon Gerrand – The second son of House Gerrand” book 3
    7. “Connovan – former Rez; Rezkin’s uncle” Will he wear the mask, to keep up the ruse that the king is still alive?

What is an Oat-bound, is it just a normal soldier?

Since your story threads are multiplying, please make sure to keep writing more tales of terralore, to not bog down the main story with different folks stories and points of view. example: Tams story could have been its own novella in Terralore.

it seems that Rez keeps getting thrown off by kissing: Fresha & Azeria. maybe book 4.1 tales of Terralore will have the marriage bed account from his wife’s point of view and Rez also blanked out there. Maybe we will one day see Rez’ thoughts on his sexual training when that woman killed him a few times (or tied to) in the north fort. Thankfully it seems that Sharing Power is just intimate and not mind blanking.

I find it interesting that Berringish was in two places so quickly…and we see from book 4 that Brant was in two places at once…is the Sin actually defeated or was he a Wayfinder?

I have just finished book 5, and I am disappointed, to have finished I hasten to add. Ms Kade your writing is superb, and I cannot wait for book 6. I am 72 this coming January, so please don’t make me wait too long. Here’s to Rez, the man we all wish we could be.

β€œI think … well, I think that [the kind of change that is harbinger by the instantaneous bond with a feral cat] sleeping on your chest would either mean that you will soon find love or you are about to die.”

Be careful of feral cats, the tell the future 2 books later.

If I don’t get the next book soon I’m going go die inside. πŸ™ I don’t want you to rush but waiting is so painful.
