2022 Book Release Dates

2022 Book Release Dates

I’m super stoked to finally have dates for the upcoming book releases and to be able to share them with you all! I know it’s been a while, but 2022 is looking to be the biggest year yet. I’ve been working hard to deliver not one but three new releases across two series! Spread the word because these are going to be some fun reads.

(These are the release dates for all formats–e-book, print, and audiobook.)

Destiny of the Dead (Shroud of Prophecy, Book 2) — March 22nd

The blight may have been defeated, but Mathias’s job isn’t finished yet. As Aaslo struggles to fulfill his brother’s destiny and overcome the will of the gods, a new power rises in the East. With enemy magi ready to flood the evergates, an invading army threatening from the South, and power-hungry gods pitting monsters and men against each other in a devastating game, those few across Aldrea with the will to fight straddle the veil between life and death.

This book is a sequel to Fate of the Fallen.

A Mage of No Renown (A King’s Dark Tidings prequel) — June 21st

The struggle to contain his power has been real for Wesson, and it started long before it should have. At only twelve years old, Wesson knows something is not right when calamity strikes and events are suddenly far beyond his control. Forced to flee a murderous mob, Wesson embarks on a journey of self-discovery, unaware that an assassin stalks his every move.  Wesson’s past and future are mired in mystery, the implications of which dig deep into the heart of kingdom-wide treachery.

This book may be read as a stand-alone. It is also a prequel to the King’s Dark Tidings series and is intended to be read between Book 4 (Kingdoms and Chaos) and Book 5 (Dragons and Demons).

Dragons and Demons (King’s Dark Tidings, Book 5) — September 6th

Tam is entrenched in an inescapable slave encampment, a place where captured men are given up for dead. He is confident his friend and king will come for him, but will Rezkin arrive with help before the hole in Tam’s mind drives him to madness? When the earth starts speaking to him, Tam is certain it’s already too late.

Rezkin struggles to overcome the poison that pervades his system, and the enemy presses the advantage. Confronted by a force he may not be able to defeat, Rezkin is stolen from his intended path and driven toward shocking answers. With every whisper of knowledge comes new questions and one certainty. Rezkin’s past has finally caught up with him, and the mad king Caydean is part of a darker game than anyone realized.

Just read book 5 in kings dark tidings series and it’s a fantastic book. Honestly my favorite book so far, I love where you went with the story. Reskin is a most engaging and interesting character. Highly recommend. I think objectively and subjectively this is the best book in the series so far. Thanks for this gift!!!

Hello! How many books do you intend to write in the KDT series?

Please do not let KDT end up like “Name of the Wind”. It has been 4 years since “Kingdoms and Chaos”, please, please wrap up the series if you are no longer invested in the charactors to the point it is difficult write good stories. Thanks.

Hello, is there possibly an email list for when KDT become available in print? If so how do I get on it?
